Performance Tracking

1. Generate Model

Select the following filters and selections to generate the Model.

Once you click on Generate Dashboards, an authoring message will pop-up. This message shares our most recent troubleshooting tips. Once you have read through the messages, click “Yes”

After you hit Yes, the below message will pop-up. This lets you know that if another user requests the same model, they would be joining as an active user in the model. Click “OK” to continue

2. Tab Generation

The Performance Tracking Model will appear on your browser, and you will be taken directly into the Model.

3. Landing Page

This tab shows the name of the Model and has a forward icon to move to the next tab.

4. Navigation Pane

This tab shows you the list of navigation icons in the Dashboard and where they will take you.

5. Home Tab

This tab shows you the list of sections in the Dashboard and their summary description. You will be able to move through the contents of the Model by clicking on the forward arrows next to each Linked Guide.

6. Balance Sheet

This tab displays the bank's actual vs. projections across all balance sheet segments. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

7. Income Statement (QTD)

This tab displays the bank's actual vs. projections across all income statement segments. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

8. Income Statement (YTD)

This tab displays the bank's actual vs. projections across all income statement segments. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

9. Risk Ratio Summary

In this tab, you will be able to see the bank’s actual versus projected balances across key CAMELS risk ratios. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

10. Future Projections

This tab allows the user to analyze a five-quarter projection for individual CAMELS risk ratios.

11. Loan Concentration

In this tab, you will be able to see the bank’s actual versus projected balances across key concentration categories. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

12. Deposit Concentration

In this tab, you will be able to see the bank’s actual versus projected balances across key concentration categories. The variance between both can be seen on the right side of the table. Since we do not have a scenario in our example, the projection columns are empty.

13. Funding Concentration

In this tab, you will be able to see the bank's actual versus projected balances across funding concentration categories.
